anti slip mats for
Pallet Transport
Placing mats under pallets or steel containers increases surface friction significantly, enhancing load stability and reducing the amount of tie-down equipment required.
anti slip mats for
Metal Coils
Use mats inside coil cradles to stop shifting and maintain the center of gravity—essential for the safe transport of heavy rolled metal.
anti slip mats for
Paper Rolls
Prevent lateral movement of paper coils with mats placed below and between layers. Their shock-absorbing design offers additional support and security during braking and cornering.
anti slip mats for
Pipes & Tubing
Ensure both longitudinal and lateral safety by placing mats securely underneath the pipe load and between the securing chocks for better stability.
Cargo-Tech® anti slip mats
anti slip mats for reliable load securing
Our premium anti-slip mats are engineered to enhance transport safety by drastically minimizing load movement during transit. Thanks to their high coefficient of friction, they reduce the need for excessive lashing and tensioning force—saving time, resources, and wear on equipment. Designed for universal application, they provide strong grip on smooth loading areas, ensuring cargo remains firmly in place.

key features CARGO TECH® anti slip mat
In tests conducted by personally certified experts from EURASAFE GmbH,
our anti-slip CARGO-TECH® mat has achieved kinetic friction coefficients of more than 0.7 µ. (at 8mm thickness).
According to VDI guideline 2700, part 15, the friction value 0.6 µ is usually required,
which means the safety-relevant properties of our product exceed the guideline requirements.

Why use anti slip mats in transport?
Secure loads. Save time. Drive safer.
Enhanced Load Stability During Transit
Anti-slip mats play a critical role in maintaining cargo stability during transportation of goods. By significantly increasing the friction between the load and the vehicle floor, these mats reduce the risk of slipping, shifting, or tilting—especially during sharp turns or sudden braking. This added grip minimizes movement and ensures the load arrives safely and securely.
Reduced Need for Lashing Straps
With high-friction anti-slip mats in place, the number of required lashing straps can be substantially reduced. In example: for a load of 1000 kg standing freely on the loading platform (chipboard floor, coefficient of sliding friction approx. µ 0.2) for a pre-tension force of 500 daN per lashing strap, 4 lashing straps are required when no anti-slip mats are used. The use of anti-slip mats doubles the coefficient of sliding friction to µ 0.6 and reduces the number of straps required to 2 (according to EN 12195-1).
Reusable, Durable & Cost-Effective
Made from highly resistant materials, anti-slip mats are built to withstand repeated use under heavy loads. Their durability ensures long service life, even in demanding logistics environments. When used correctly, they help reduce waste and offer an eco-friendly, cost-efficient solution to load securing.
High Surface Load Capacity & Friction Coefficient
Modern anti-slip mats are designed to support surface loads of up to 500 t/m², depending on the thickness and material. With friction coefficients of up to μ = 0.75, they offer exceptional grip, making them ideal for securing everything from light pallet shipments to heavy industrial coils or steel construction.
Legal Requirements & Risk of Fines
avoid costly penalties with proper load securing
Proper load securing isn’t just a best practice—it’s a legal obligation. National and international transport regulations (such as VDI 2700 or EN 12195-1) require that cargo be secured to prevent shifting or tipping during transit. Failing to meet these standards can result in costly fines, vehicle downtime, or even liability for accidents. Using certified anti-slip rubber mats helps you comply with legal requirements, reduce the need for excessive lashing, and avoid penalties during roadside inspections or audits.
